Alexandre Antonov

Alexandre Antonov is a seasoned professional in quantitative research and development, currently serving as the Quantitative Research & Development Lead at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) since September 2022. Previously, Alexandre held the position of Chief Analyst at Danske Bank from August 2019 to September 2022 and served as the Head of Core Modelling for Financial Markets Risk Models at Standard Chartered Bank from January 2018 to July 2019. Alexandre’s extensive career began at NumeriX, where a senior VP role was held from March 1998 to December 2017. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from the Landau Institute for Theoretical Physics, earned between 1994 and 1997, and a degree in Physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT), completed in 1993.
