Elizabeth Szep

Elizabeth Szep, CFA, is a research specialist in the Real Estate Department at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), where responsibilities include presenting market insights, integrating macroeconomic views into portfolio planning, conducting thematic property sector research, and spearheading data analytics initiatives. Prior to ADIA, Elizabeth held the position of Research & Strategy at Madison International Realty, LLC, where the research function was developed to analyze trends across multiple markets in the US and Europe. Elizabeth also served as Manager of Analytics at Real Capital Analytics, leading a team to manage data requests and develop analytics products such as the RCA CPPI. Elizabeth holds a BA in Mathematics with a minor in English Literature from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
