Sergio Costanzi Posse is a seasoned tax advisor with extensive experience in international tax services and private equity. Currently serving as a Senior Tax Advisor at Abu Dhabi Investment Authority since June 2019, Sergio has held various roles including Acting Head of Global Tax for the Private Equities Department and Senior Specialist, focusing on tax structuring and compliance for diverse investments. Prior experience includes a Senior Manager position at EY, where Sergio advised clients across the Americas and EMEA on cross-border tax matters and investment structuring. Sergio began legal career as an Associate Attorney at Anet & Cytrangulo Lawyers and holds an LL.M. in International Taxation from New York University School of Law, alongside a robust educational background in law.
