Youguo Liang

Youguo Liang serves as the Head of Global Research and Public Markets at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) since April 2013, overseeing global property market research and managing investments in listed real estate securities. Prior to this role, Youguo Liang was the Head of Global Research at ADIA and held several positions at Prudential Real Estate Investors, including Managing Director and Principal. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Research and Vice President at The Yarmouth Group and Lend Lease, and as an Assistant Professor of Finance at Cleveland State University, where teaching and research focused on real estate finance. Youguo Liang's academic credentials include a PhD in Finance from the University of Kentucky and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Science and Technology of China.
