Demi Ping

Demi Ping currently serves as the Country Head for China at Abu Dhabi Investment Office, a position held since January 2022, focusing on investment promotion and business development in China. Prior to this role, Demi Ping was the Director of Consumer Economy at the China-Britain Business Council from August 2016 to January 2022, where collaboration with UK counterparts aimed at achieving retail sector goals. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Global Business Development at Trade2CN from September 2008 to July 2016, successfully implementing business strategies and generating significant revenue through cross-border e-commerce agreements. Demi Ping began a career as a Senior Editor for MOFCOM & EC English Portals at Cofortune, where responsibilities included translation and operation of the English portal for China's Ministry of Commerce. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Applied Linguistics & International Business from the University of International Business and Economics, and a Bachelor's Degree in British and American Literature from Beijing International Studies University.
