Abdulla al Mansoori

Abdulla Al Mansoori is an experienced professional in business process re-engineering and digital transformation, currently serving as Manager of Business Process Re-engineering and Program Manager at ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank since July 2020. Prior to this role, Abdulla held various positions at Etihad Airways from May 2012 to July 2018, including UAT Test Manager and IT Business Manager. Additionally, Abdulla completed UAE National Service training as a Reserved Forces Officer with the UAE Armed Forces in 2017. Earlier experience includes working as an IT Support Technician at the General Directorate of Residency & Foreigners' Affairs from 2005 to 2012. Abdulla holds a Bachelor's degree in e-Business Management from Higher Colleges of Technology, obtained in 2011.
