Nayab Hayat

Nayab Hayat is an accomplished professional in digital transformation and project management, currently serving as the Head of Digital Delivery, Integration & Automation at ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank since July 2018. In this role, Nayab leads a team of Scrum Masters and Project Managers, overseeing multiple projects related to digital channels and automation programs, while also managing budgeting, planning, and relationship building for automation initiatives. Prior to this position, Nayab spent 11 years at IBM Global Business Services, where roles included Digital Transformation Manager and Senior Managing Consultant, focusing on IT transformation and organizational development. The career began at Horwath Hussain Chaudhury & Co., where Nayab managed the consulting department and implemented various software solutions. Nayab holds an M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from The University of Lahore.
