Luke Rondel

Luke Rondel is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Planning and Resource Manager and Cost Analyst at Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team since January 2021. Prior to this, Luke worked at Signature Flatbreads as a Design Engineer, contributing to the development of the design department through Solidworks-based part and assembly design. Previous roles include Build Logistic Coordinator at Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team, Pyrotechnic Manufacturing Engineer at Martin-Baker Aircraft Co Ltd, Chief Engineer at Mobil 1 Sussex Racing, and Student Design Engineer at Ultra Electronics Sonar Systems. Luke holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sussex and has a solid academic background from Haydon School, achieving notable A Levels and GCSE results.
