Saffi Uddin

Saffi Uddin is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in support and operations management across the banking and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as an IT Support Consultant at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank since October 2013, Saffi plays a crucial role as a single point of contact for major infrastructure incidents and manages End of Day processes on the Core Banking Application, Phoenix. Prior to this role, Saffi worked as an Operations Officer at Abu Dhabi National Hotels, overseeing operational compliance, managing systems, and enhancing client service practices. Earlier experience includes serving as an IT Coordinator at Bank Alfalah, where Saffi monitored computer systems and managed network connectivity across branches. Saffi holds an MSc in Computers from the University of Peshawar and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Edwardes College Peshawar.
