Wael Shehata

Wael Shehata has extensive experience in sales and customer relationship management across several prominent financial institutions and technology companies. Currently serving as a Customer Relationship Officer at ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank since April 2019, Wael focuses on business growth and fostering a sales-oriented culture within branches. Previously, roles included Sales Officer at Dubai Islamic Bank, where relationship management and sales tracking were primary responsibilities, as well as Sales Team Lead at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, where team performance objectives were established. Early career experiences at ITQAN, Etisalat, Citi, and Raya Information Technology involved managing client accounts, sales supervision, and coaching sales teams. Wael holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Alexandria University, obtained between 1994 and 1999.
