Yasmin Gihad

Yasmin Gihad has extensive experience in the banking industry, primarily in the field of human resources and compensation & benefits management. Yasmin currently holds the position of Vice President at ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, where they are responsible for leading the HR team in People & Development as well as Compensation & Benefits. Prior to joining ADIB, Yasmin worked at Mashreq Bank for over a decade, holding various positions such as Assistant Vice President and Assistant Manager in the HR department, with a focus on Compensation & Benefits. Overall, Yasmin has demonstrated expertise in HR leadership, business partnering, and compensation & benefits management throughout their career.
