Ahmed Khallaf

Ahmed Khallaf, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Investment Accounting & Back Office Department at Abu Dhabi Pension Fund since September 2021. Prior to this role, Ahmed held the position of Chief Investment Accounting at Kuwait Investment Authority from June 2015 to October 2020, managing accounting for one of the world's largest sovereign wealth funds. Ahmed also acted as the CFO and Head of Finance at Mawared United Investment Company between June 2011 and May 2015, overseeing investment operations across various economic sectors. Earlier experience includes positions as Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young from December 2008 to June 2011 and as an Auditor at KPMG from December 2005 to September 2008, where responsibilities involved assessing internal controls and business risks. Ahmed began a professional career in bookkeeping and audit in early 2005 after obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Cairo University.
