Yasser Alwahedi

Yasser Alwahedi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and academia. Currently serving as President of AD Ports Group and Director of Abu Dhabi Maritime Academy since October 2020, Yasser has also held the position of Assistant Professor at the Petroleum Institute from August 2015 to September 2020. Prior to this academic role, Yasser worked at the Gas Research Center, where responsibilities included Chief Technology Officer and Senior Technology Officer from February 2013 to August 2015. Yasser Alwahedi earned a Doctorate of Philosophy in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota between 2009 and 2015.
