Advait Marathe

Advait Marathe is a seasoned professional in the finance and banking sector with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Manager of Market Infrastructure at Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange since June 2024, Advait is responsible for the Central Bank Program and overseeing the implementation of Cash & Derivatives Securities Settlement. Previously, Advait held the position of Senior Specialist Registrar in Strategy & Organisational Excellence at the same exchange, where notable contributions included leading a strategic project to connect GCC Exchanges and participating in digital transformation initiatives. Advait's career also includes significant roles at Union National Bank as Vice President, overseeing operations and internal control, as well as key positions at ABN AMRO Bank, HDFC Bank, and Kotak Mahindra Bank.
