Saker Asllan

Saker Asllan currently serves as the Chief Exchange Operations Officer at Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange since October 2023, having previously held the position of Director of Market Operations & Surveillance. Prior to this, Saker worked at Morgan Stanley as Executive Director, Head of Surveillance Optimisation, and at Credit Suisse as Vice President, Head of Solutions Surveillance Effectiveness. A significant tenure at Nasdaq included various roles such as Associate Vice President and Principal Product Manager. Saker's earlier experience includes serving as Deputy CEO and IT Director at Damascus Securities Exchange and Director of Information Systems at the Syrian Commission on Financial Markets and Securities. Saker has an extensive educational background with degrees in International Financial Markets, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, and Information Technology from esteemed institutions including the University of Southampton and Damascus University.
