Ts. Dr. Sivapalan Kathiravale

Ts. Dr. Sivapalan Kathiravale currently serves as the Head of Research And Development at Tadweer Group, focusing on strategy and technological innovations within the waste-to-resource industry. Previously, as the Head of the Centre of Excellence for Waste Management at the Environmental Preservation and Innovation Centre (EPIC), significant contributions included establishing Malaysia's first center of excellence in waste management and conducting professional training courses for industry workers. Dr. Kathiravale's extensive experience also encompasses a role as Research Officer at the Malaysian Nuclear Agency, where leadership in various research projects and advisory capacities was demonstrated, as well as contributions to the National Standards committee for Municipal Solid Waste. Additional experience includes serving as a Principal Analyst at the Malaysian Industry Government Group for High Technology and lecturing at Prime College. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Solid Waste Management, as well as Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Environmental Engineering and Chemical Engineering, respectively, from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
