Kerry Gough

Kerry Gough is a seasoned academic professional with extensive experience in higher education, currently serving as the Head of Academic Development and Research at Nottingham Trent University since March 2016. Previous roles include Interim Head of Academic Development and various managerial positions focused on learning and teaching in the School of Art & Design. Prior to Nottingham Trent University, Kerry held multiple senior lecturer positions at Birmingham City University, significantly contributing to student engagement and the delivery of postgraduate certificates in academic practice. Kerry's career also includes teaching roles at the University of Derby and the University of Nottingham, as well as an involvement in community-focused adult education programs at Broadway Cinema. Kerry holds a PhD in Film Studies from the University of Nottingham and several degrees from Birmingham City University and the University of Derby.
