Shady Al Adawi has extensive experience in the field of operations management, currently serving as the General Manager of Handling and Packaging Operations at ABU QIR Fertilizers and Chemicals Industries Company since November 2004. Responsibilities include assessing staffing needs, training new employees, monitoring staff performance, and developing operational procedures to enhance efficiency. Prior to this role, Shady worked as a Computer Teacher at Madina Secondary School For Boys from September 2002 to September 2004. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (2014 - 2016) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from the Faculty of Science (1996 - 2000).
