Alex Miller

Alex Miller has extensive experience in revenue operations and sales operations. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Revenue Operations at Medallion, where they streamline clinician operations for healthcare companies. Previously, they held similar roles at Mux, Sendoso, and Pantheon Platform, where they were involved in sales strategy, operational elements of the sales organization, and optimizing the sales tool stack. Alex also worked as an Advisor at Scratchpad and Sonar, and as an Associate Member at Pavilion. Additionally, they were a member of Modern Sales Pros and worked as a Sales Operations Manager at Copper.

Alex Miller completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics and Environmental Science from Santa Clara University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Afterward, they attended General Assembly from an unspecified start year to 2016, where they completed a SQL Bootcamp. Prior to their tertiary education, Alex attended Fenwick High School from 2004 to 2008. In terms of certifications, Alex obtained a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) credential from the Scrum Alliance in August 2018.
