Tobias Knecht

Tobias Knecht is the current CEO at Abusix. Tobias has a long and experienced history in the industry, starting out as a project- and process manager at procam GmbH in 1998. From there, they went on to be an online production trainee at IBM Germany until 2000. Afterwards, Tobias became the founder of Knecht-Media in September 1998 and held that position until December 2012. In January 2007, they began working at Habeas as the European Manager - Email Policy and Abuse Handling until September 2008. Later, Tobias took on the role of Co-Chair at eco – Association of the German Internet Industry from August 2008 to September 2013. In their most recent position before becoming CEO of Abusix, Tobias served as Technical Coordinator Abuse Department at 1&1 Internet AG from August 2003 to June 2007.

Tobias Knecht studied internet security at FernUniversität in Hagen and Graf-Eberhard-Gymnasium Bad Urach. Tobias holds a bachelor's degree in internet security from FernUniversität in Hagen.
