Sevda Aliyeva

Sevda Aliyeva is an experienced professional with a diverse range of roles in various companies. Sevda has worked as a Sales and Marketing Director at ABV since November 2022 and as a Human Resources Director at the same company since October 2021. Prior to that, they served as a member of the commission for skills development in the field of ICT and communication at the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Azerbaijan since April 2022, and as a member of the commission for skills development in the field of manufacturing industry at the same ministry since 2020. Sevda also has experience as a Management Committee member at the Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs Confederation since 2021, and they were the Executive Director of Human Resources at Shahdag Mountain Resort from April 2021 to October 2021. Furthermore, they worked as the Head of Human Resources at Azertexnolayn LLC from January 2018 to April 2019 and as the Human Resources Manager from January 2018 to April 2019. Sevda also held the position of Head of HR Department at the Bank Asset Management Agency from August 2015 to December 2017, and served as an Assistant Financial Director at Caspian Botanika from December 2014 to August 2015. In addition, they worked as an Accountant and HR Specialist at Shurabad Qhushculuq from November 2010 to December 2014, and as a Senior Accountant at Azersu JSC from October 2002 to November 2010.

Sevda Aliyeva began their education in 2002 and completed it in 2007 at Baku State University, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree. The field of study for their degree is not specified. In terms of additional certifications, Sevda obtained the following: in June 2014, they obtained the BMUS certificate from GRBS International; in March 2018, they received a certificate in Leadership from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi; in November 2018, they attended the HR Summit 2018 organized by HR Summit Baku; in October 2019, they obtained a Certificate of Attendance from Mercer; in November 2019, they attended the HR Summit 2019 organized by HR Summit Baku; in March 2021, they completed the Human Resource Management certification from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI); in June 2021, they completed the Personnel and Human Resource Management Specialist Training from Udemy; in July 2021, they received a certification in the preparation of job processes and methodologies for the development and qualification standards from the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan; in February 2022, they achieved the Erickson Professional Coach ICF certification from Erickson Coaching International; and in December 2022, they completed the Management Qualification Project - Strategic Management program from ADA University. Sevda is also currently enrolled at Erickson Coaching International, with an expected completion date in 2022.
