Piet Rietman

Piet Rietman serves as a member of the Daily Board at FNV since December 2022, overseeing portfolios related to pensions, finance, housing, and ICT. Previously, Piet held various roles at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. from January 2017 to December 2022, including Economist, Senior Research Specialist, Operations Specialist for Investment Funds, Securities Specialist, and Income and Asset Advisor. Piet was also a member of the accountability body at Stichting Pensioenfonds voor Personeelsdiensten (StiPP) from July 2018 to December 2022 and has experience as an Indicator Setter at the CIZ, a financial advisor at CAK, and a customer advisor at Zilveren Kruis Achmea. Piet has entrepreneurial experience, founding Arabischewijn.nl, and has supported over 300 secondary school students through the Rietman Institute. Academic qualifications include degrees from institutions such as Harvard University, the University of Antwerp, and the University of Amsterdam, covering fields including political science, economic policy, and financial methods.
