Jeffrey C. Mocny

Jeffrey C. Mocny, Ph.D., currently serves as Vice President-Regulatory Strategy at Abzena, where responsibilities include aligning workflows with regulatory compliance and leading product development and regulatory strategy for client programs. Previous positions include Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at ProEd Regulatory, where new service capabilities were established, and Head of Quality at Camargo Pharmaceutical Services, where a quality management system was instituted. Additional experience encompasses roles at Reoxcyn Discoveries Group and BioAgilytix, focusing on product development and bioanalytical project management, respectively. Jeffrey holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology and Immunology from the University at Buffalo, as well as a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Engineering and Biology from Gannon University.
