Francesco Castelli serves as Vice President of Regulatory Strategy and Energy at FiberCop since July 2024 and as a member of the Board of Directors of Milan Internet Exchange Point since April 2023. With an extensive tenure at TIM since April 2008, Francesco has held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Regulatory Strategy and Equivalence and Head of National Regulatory Strategies. Responsibilities include defining the company's regulatory positioning and frameworks for digital networks and services, ensuring compliance with both internal and external regulatory standards. Francesco holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Industrial Economics and Operation Research and a Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Rome “La Sapienza.”
