Lance Philipose

Lance Philipose has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Lance is currently the Director of Quality at Abzena, where they oversee quality assurance operations and GMP services. Prior to this role, they worked at Gilead Sciences, starting as a Manager of GxP Quality Compliance at Immunomedics. Lance successfully remediated the Deviation quality system before FDA approval and managed a team of investigators. Lance then became a Manager of QA Compliance, where they integrated Immunomedics Quality Systems into the global Gilead process. Later, they served as a Senior Manager of External Quality. Before their time at Gilead Sciences, Lance worked at Sigmapharm Laboratories, LLC. Lance held various roles including Manager of QA Compliance and Audit, Associate Manager of QA Compliance and Audit, Compliance Specialist, Compliance Associate, and Associate Scientist in Analytical Chemistry. In these positions, they managed quality investigations, implemented CAPA plans, and performed root cause analysis. Lance Philipose has a strong background in quality management and regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.

Lance Philipose holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Central High School. Lance subsequently earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Temple University in 2013. In 2022, Lance completed a Master of Science degree in Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance, also from Temple University.
