Rhonda Gates

Rhonda Gates serves as the Chief of Staff and SVP of Global Supply Chain at Abzena since July 2023, following a tenure as Vice President Supply Chain and Head of Supply Chain. Prior to Abzena, Rhonda held the position of Sr. Director Global Supply Chain & Procurement at MicroPort Orthopedics from August 2022 to April 2023. Rhonda's extensive experience includes various roles at Smith & Nephew from February 2012 to August 2022, where positions ranged from Director of EU MDR Global Operations & Planning to Procurement Coordinator. Rhonda's early career features roles at Dental Works and Dorel Juvenile Group, contributing to foundational skills in patient relations and international purchasing. Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
