Chiqui Posadas

Chiqui Posadas currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at ACEN, a position held since June 2019. Prior to this role, Chiqui Posadas was the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at PHINMA Energy Corporation from April 2015 to May 2019, overseeing HR functions for a workforce of 250 employees across the Philippines, including areas such as Talent Management, Total Rewards and Compensation, Organizational Development, and Employee Engagement. Chiqui Posadas holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science from Maryknoll College (now Miriam College), obtained between 1985 and 1989, and completed a Management Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management in 2013.
