Emma Shen

Emma Shen is an architectural professional with a diverse background in academia and design. Currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty member at Pasadena City College since February 2024, Emma is also an Architectural Designer II at AC Martin, a position held since March 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Designer at multiple firms, including Laney LA, DKAU, and Aero Collective, where Emma worked on various projects and tackled design challenges during the pandemic. Emma interned at Zaha Hadid Architects, contributing to the LIZE SOHO high-rise office tower project, and assisted at Büro Ole Scheeren on confidential competition projects and parametric design research. Emma holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Software Engineering from Chongqing University.
