Jeff Mertzel

Jeff Mertzel began their career in 1999 as a Designer at Bassenian Lagoni Architects. Jeff then moved on to VTBS architects in the same year, where they worked as an Associate and Designer until 2008. In 2008, Mertzel joined Togawa Smith Martin as Director of Design, a role they held until February 2021 when the company merged with AC Martin. Jeff continued working at AC Martin as an Associate Principal Design Director until January 2021 when they were promoted to Design Director.

Jeff Mertzel began their education by attending SCI-Arc from 1995 to 1997. However, no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period. Jeff then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Architecture at the University of California, Berkeley from 1997 to 1999.
