Paolo Scaroni

Paolo Scaroni currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Enel Group since May 2023, and holds board positions at Lega Serie A and Fondazione Milan, both since March and July 2018 respectively. Scaroni has been Chairman of AC Milan since July 2018 and Chairman of Giuliani spa since August 2014. Previously, Scaroni held the role of Deputy Chairman at Rothschild & Co from May 2014 to May 2023, and served as Chief Executive Officer at Eni from May 2005 to May 2014 and at Enel Group from May 2002 to May 2005. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Executive Officer of Pilkington from 1996 to 2002 and Executive Vice President at Techint Group from 1985 to 1996. Scaroni received a Bachelor's degree from Università Bocconi and an MBA from Columbia University.
