Jean-Paul Popoff is an accomplished professional in risk management and claims administration, currently serving as the Claims & Liability Manager at the Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District since April 2006, after holding roles as Claims & Liability Administrator and Legal & Risk Investigator in the Office of the General Counsel.
