Yolanda Harris is an experienced security and public safety professional currently serving as the Director of Security at Bishop O'Dowd High School since August 2024. Prior to this role, Yolanda held the position of Director of Public Safety and Emergency Operations at Northeastern University from July 2022 to April 2024, and was the Director of Public Safety at Mills College between May 2019 and April 2024. Yolanda's career also includes significant experience as the Director of Public Safety and Emergency Management at CSU East Bay Police Department and as a Sergeant of Police/Emergency Preparedness Manager from January 2004 to May 2019. Yolanda earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from California State University - East Bay between 2015 and 2020.
