Derisa Zahara has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Derisa began their career as a Model United Nations and Debating Coach at BPK Penabur International High School in 2010. From there, they joined Ernst & Young in 2012, where they held roles as an Associate in Transfer Pricing/International Tax Services and later as a Senior Associate in Transfer Pricing/International Tax Services until 2017. Derisa then worked at Egon Zehnder as a Leadership Advisory Professional from 2017 to 2021. Currently, they are working at AC Ventures as the Value Creation - Associate VP of Organization & Talent, where they assist portfolio companies with leadership, organizational, and talent challenges.
Derisa Zahara holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Technology Management from Columbia University. Derisa also earned a Bachelor of Political Science degree in International Relations from Parahyangan Catholic University. In addition to their formal education, Derisa has obtained various certifications including "Becoming a Product Manager: A Complete Guide" from LinkedIn, "Spreadsheet Modeling" and "Financial Accounting" from Harvard University, and "Verified International Academic Qualifications" from the World Education Services.
