Pandu Sjahrir

Pandu Sjahrir currently serves as Vice President Director and Chief Financial Officer at PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk since January 2011, where significant achievements include leading the consolidation of mining entities within the Toba Sejahtra group and overseeing an IPO in June 2013, contributing to a revenue growth from US$200 million to US$500 million. Additionally, Pandu holds vice president and board member roles at PT Adimitra Baratama Nusantara and GO-JEK, respectively, and is a founding partner at AC Ventures and managing partner at Indies Capital Partners, both focused on growth investments in Southeast Asia. Previous experience includes senior advisory roles at The Abraaj Group and chairmanship at SEA Indonesia. Pandu holds an Executive MBA from Tsinghua University and multiple degrees from Stanford University and the University of Chicago, along with a foundational education at Phillips Academy.
