Garik Burroughs

Garik Burroughs is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and product development. Currently serving as a Senior Product Engineer at ACA Group since October 2021, Garik previously held roles at ACA Technology Solutions, where responsibilities included product and application support engineering, focusing on incident analysis and troubleshooting. Prior experience includes a tenure at Digicel Group from July 2011 to January 2018 as a Senior Software Engineer, managing software development teams and providing project updates to upper management. Garik's career commenced at Digicel, where roles included Broadband Technical Agent and Customer Care Technical Agent. Garik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Enterprise Computing from the University of Technology, Jamaica, obtained in 2011.
