Joey Padot

Joey Padot is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and product engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Product Engineering at ACA Group since September 2021, Joey has also held the role of Solutions Architect and Owner at Stalwart Enterprises, LLC from January 2015 to the present, focusing on web applications and technology consulting. Previous roles include Senior Software Developer and Software Development Manager at Florida Farm Bureau Insurance, where leadership of teams in Agile environments and architecture of maintainable solutions were key responsibilities. Additional experience consists of independent consulting, systems programming for Alachua County BOCC, and application development for the University of Florida Athletic Association.
