Krista Singleton

Krista Singleton is an experienced sales enablement and training professional with a strong background in developing innovative educational strategies and programs. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Sales Enablement at ACA Group, Krista has successfully established sales enablement strategies that enhance revenue for a consulting/advisory/SaaS firm in the GRC space. Previous roles include Vice President of Training and Development at PennyMac Loan Services, where Krista developed a multi-year educational strategy aligning with business objectives, and Vice President of Learning Experience Design at Citi, where Krista orchestrated global learning initiatives. Earlier experience includes managing instructional design at Raymond James, focusing on corporate sales training, and leading sales training at Sagicor Life Insurance Company with a strategic approach. Krista holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Program Innovation and a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology, both from the University of South Florida.
