Todd Khoury

Todd Khoury serves as the Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Corporate Development at ACA Group, a leading governance, risk, and compliance advisor in financial services, since September 2023. Prior to this role, Todd co-founded and was a partner at Authentic Equity, LLC, a consumer-focused private equity firm, from October 2018 to September 2023. Todd also founded Andion Capital in 2007, specializing in investing in small privately held businesses. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at Authentic Equity Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company, and holding notable positions at Camtech LLC, Renewal Capital, BlackRock, and Vestar Capital Partners. Todd began a career in finance as a financial analyst at Salomon Brothers after earning an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in History from Yale University.
