Jessica Hartmann has extensive experience in association leadership, currently serving as the VP of Member Experience at ACA International since July 1998 and holding the interim position of VP of Operations in Minneapolis. Hartmann's previous roles at ACA International include Sr. Director of Association Services, Sr. Director of Campus ACA, and Director of Programs. Additionally, Hartmann has been the Executive Director of The International Association of Commercial Collectors since March 2015. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Gustavus Adolphus College, earned between 1989 and 1993, and a diploma from Gaylord High School, completed in 1989.
