Rachael Seward

Rachael Seward is an accomplished sales operations manager with extensive experience in data analysis and sales support. Currently, Rachael is with Acacia Communications, now part of Cisco, since October 2021, focusing on optimizing sales operations. Previously, Rachael served at Cisco in various roles from December 2014 to October 2021, including data analyst and sales support specialist team lead, where responsibilities included ensuring data quality and supporting account managers to enhance sales efficiency. Prior experience includes working as an office assistant at Harris Teeter, which involved cash handling and assisting in bookkeeping operations. Rachael is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in International Business at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, having already obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the same institution. Rachael received recognition as Employee of the Quarter at Harris Teeter and was awarded a college tuition scholarship based on work merit.
