Kellie Preston

Kellie Preston is currently serving as the Transformation Director for Xyla Community Services at Acacium Group since August 2022. Previously, Kellie Preston worked at Newton Europe from March 2014 to September 2021, progressing through various roles including Business Manager, Principal Consultant, Lead Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Consultant. Kellie Preston specialized in change leadership, strategy development, and employee engagement across significant transformation programs in both the public and private sectors, notably facilitating a £20m Adults Social Care transformation and managing substantial change initiatives for major clients in the defense and retail industries. Kellie Preston holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Bio-Engineering from the University of Cambridge and completed education at Wallington High School for Girls.
