Reshma Rahman

Reshma Rahman currently serves as a People Operations Senior at Acacium Group since August 2021, after previously holding the position of People Shared Services Administrator. Prior to this role, Reshma was with Caffè Nero from February 2005 to December 2020, where responsibilities included acting as an HR & Benefits Advisor, providing comprehensive HR support across the organization, and enhancing employee experience through effective benefit management. Reshma also held various HR roles, including HR Coordinator and HR & Training Administrator at BHS from May 1998 to February 2005, alongside initial experience as a Customer Service Associate. Reshma holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Finance from Kingston University, completed between 1999 and 2002, and received a high school education from Fortismere School.
