Shannon Dudley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the health and social care recruitment sector. Currently serving as Account Director and previously as Business Development Manager at Acacium Group since February 2020, Shannon has excelled in solution design, sales proposals, and bid content writing, achieving significant milestones such as securing multiple permanent recruitment projects and staff bank contracts. Prior experience includes holding various roles at HCL Workforce Solutions from June 2014 to January 2020, ranging from Business Development Director to Recruitment Consultant, where Shannon contributed to the company’s status as a leading health and social care recruitment provider in the UK.
