Susan Ades

Susan Ades is an experienced payroll professional with a diverse background in payroll operations spanning several years. Currently, Susan serves as the Head of Payroll Operations and previously held the position of Senior Payroll Manager at Acacium Group since July 2022. Prior to this, Susan worked at Brakes Group from May 2017 to July 2022 as a Payroll Manager. Additional experience includes roles at Capita as Payroll Team Leader and Service Delivery Manager from February 2008 to May 2017, Payroll Supervisor at SCC Motor Factors, Payroll Clerk at Queen Mary's Hospital for the East End, and Payroll Administrator at Bromley NHS Trust from 1987 to February 2003. Susan holds a CIPP Foundation Degree in Payroll Management from the University of Worcester, completed between 2009 and 2011, and is a graduate of Bullers Wood Grammar School for Girls from 1979 to 1985.
