Robert Previti, PhD has a wide range of work experience in various roles within the manufacturing and operations industry. Robert is currently employed as the Director of Operations at Academia Antonia Alonso Charter School, where they oversee daily activities, manages funding and grants, develops school policies, and coordinates school functions. Prior to this, they worked as a Technical Consultant for their own company, providing technical and operational expertise for jewelry manufacturing, including installing operations systems. Robert also served as a Technical and Operations Coordinator at Bixlers, Inc., where they gathered and organized technical information, conducted on-site observations, and developed solutions for technical issues. Additionally, they worked as an Operations Coordinator at Sunrise Jewelry Manufacturing Corporation, implementing an operating system and upgrading technology in manufacturing. Robert also held the position of Chief Manufacturing Officer at Novell Global, managing manufacturing operations across multiple locations. Earlier in their career, they were the Director of Manufacturing and Operations at Frank M. Nelkin, LLC, where they implemented continuous improvement tactics, managed supply chain partners, and reduced overhead and inventory. Robert also served as the Director of Manufacturing at Hearts On Fire, where they designed and developed a manufacturing facility and vetted supply chain sources.
Robert Previti, PhD has a research doctorate in Management Philosophy from Walden University, an MBA in Business from Keller Graduate School of Management, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Mechanical Engineering from New York Institute of Technology, and a Six Sigma Certificate from Villanova University in Quality Control Technology/Technician.
