Gerson Moacir Secomandi

Gerson Moacir Secomandi is an experienced professional with expertise in industrial transformation and project management. Currently serving as an Associado at both Associação Brasileira de ESG and Academia Europeia da Alta Gestão since 2024 and 2023 respectively, Gerson also holds the position of Vice President of Industrial Transformation for Latin America at RethinkingWorks since 2022. Previous roles include Gerente de Projetos Especiais at Oxiteno from 2019 to 2022, where Gerson optimized operations at the Uruguay unit, and Chief Operating Officer at Oxiteno México from 2017 to 2018, overseeing multiple production plants and operations across Latin America.
