Tania Gurgel

Tania Gurgel has extensive experience in corporate governance and fiscal management, currently serving as CEO and President of TAF Consultoria Empresarial since September 1998. Tania specializes in areas including controller operations, valuation, and auditing, focusing on improving operational efficiency and compliance within businesses. In addition to their leadership role, Tania teaches MBA modules on Tax Management and Digital Accounting at several institutions, including FUNDACE USP and the Instituto Business Group. As an ambassador for the Academia Europeia da Alta Gestão and an advisory council member of the Associação Brasileira de ESG, Tania actively contributes to professional development in the field. Tania's previous experience includes their role as a controller at Marwal and as a staff accountant at Elebra Informatica. Tania holds an MBA in Controladoria and a law degree from Universidade Paulista.
