Janet Lakatos is currently the Head of Pedagogy & Learning at Academia Group Switzerland AG. Janet has a strong background in digital transformation, project management, instructional design, and knowledge management. Janet has experience in adult education, talent management, teacher training, and integration courses for refugees. Janet is dedicated to enhancing learning experiences through digital tools and effective communication strategies. Janet holds a Magister degree in Germanistik, Anglistik, and Social Psychology from Ruhr University Bochum, and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Digital Transformation in Education Management from the University of St.Gallen.
