Zara Bixby

Zara Bixby is currently working as Manager of Strategic Projects at Academia.edu. Prior to this, they were a Strategist - Research and Operations at Venture PR (Venture Public Relations) from 2019 to 2021. In 2017, they were a Creative Technologist, where they collaborated with creative design teams and participated in roundtable discussions with community members and industry professionals. Zara also exhibited work in the Creative Technology Show. Additionally, they were an Intern at Patrick Painter Gallery in 2017, where they guided gallery visitors and developed gallery operations, customer service and marketing skills.

Zara Bixby has pursued an education in Creative Technology from the Pacific Northwest College of Art. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Measure What Matters (Blinkist Summary) from LinkedIn in May of 2022, as well as Strategic Planning Foundations and Strategic Planning: Case Studies from LinkedIn in May of 2022. Zara also obtained a certification in Becoming a Chief of Staff from Maven Recruiting Group in February of 2022 and a certification in Become a Chief of Staff from LinkedIn in January of 2022.
