Matt Carcella has a diverse background in alumni engagement and diversity programs. Currently working at Cornell University as the Senior Director of Diversity Alumni Programs and U.S. Regional Alumni Engagement, Matt has a strong focus on re-engaging underrepresented alumni and strategic management of volunteer programs. With prior experience as the Program Coordinator at the LGBT Center at Princeton University, Matt's expertise in developing programs and fostering diversity is evident. Holding a Master of Arts in Women and Gender Studies from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Allegheny College, Matt's educational background complements their professional experience in creating inclusive and impactful initiatives.
